Most of my family comes from rural midwestern areas. Redneck is not a slur. If you’re looking for a slur for elves you could use those already existing. Knife ears, Critch (Carnival row Fey slur.) are a couple examples or you can come up with something else. I’d lean more towards creating a word or term.
